Mango Peach Sangria 

(recipe found here )

Ingredients : 

1/4 cup mint leaves

1 cup Grand Marnier

2 peaches - cut into wedges

1 bottle Viognier

1/3 cup water

1 mango chopped

1/3 cup sugar

Cook sugar & water in saucepan until dissolved; transfer to pitcher and cool in refrigerator. Stir in all ingredients and serve over ice.

Blackberry Mojito

Ingredients:

12 blackberries

12 mint leaves

4 teaspoons sugar

1 tablespoon each - of lime and lemon juices

1/2 cup seltzer water

1/4 cup of vodka OR rum

Muddle blackberries, mint leaves, sugar, lemon juice and lime juice in glass. Add seltzer, vodka, and ice.

Pineapple Coconut Champagne

Ingredients:

Champagne or Prosecco

pineapple juice

coconut juice/water

shredded coconut

Rim champagne flutes with simple syrup and dip in shredded coconut; let dry. Fill glasses with 1 1/2 ounces of each juice and top with prosecco or champagne. Serve immediately.

Raspberry Peach Prosecco Punch

Ingredients:

12 ounces frozen raspberries

2 cups peach nectar chilled

1 bottle Prosecco

In a pitcher add frozen raspberries and top with peach nectar. Fill with Prosecco, add ice and serve cold.

Cherry Beer Margaritas

Ingredients

1 can frozen limeade concentrate

12 ounces - cherry flavoured soda (ie. 7-UP Cherry)

1 Corona Beer

12 ounces of silver tequila

Rim glasses with salt. Mix all ingredients in a pitcher, stir and serve over ice; garnish with lime wedges and cherries.
